Renter is financially responsible for all damages to the clubhouse and surrounding area during the rental period.
The fireplace is not allowed to be used during events. No candles are to be used for décor. The only exception is cake candles. No piñatas, no confetti, or any type of decorations are allowed on any painted area.
In compliance with Hudson County Noise Ordinance, all rentals are required to play any music in moderation so that is does not disturb area residents. No professional DJ or professional DJ equipment is allowed.
Any evening parties will cease after 5 hours, regardless of start time.
Use of tennis courts, porch, and lawn is strictly prohibited.
Renters and guests must remove all decorations, food, and food receptacles from the premises by 11PM.
All garbage must be properly bagged and disposed in garbage cans outside of the back kitchen door.
All recyclables must be separated from garbage and placed in blue containers outside of the kitchen door (never on the ground).
All chairs, tables, and other props must be returned to the racks and properly stored against the wall.
During winter months, heating thermostat must be turned down to 55° F prior to locking up.
Hall rental cost is $600 for up to 5 hours plus a $300 refundable security deposit which is required to book the hall.
A club representative will inspect premises for damages and clean up. If satisfactory, your $300 deposit will be returned within 7 days after your event.
Rental Fee must be paid the day before the event.
Appropriate attire is always required.
Maximum number of persons allowed in the clubhouse is 80.
Any violation of the rental contract may result in your deposit being withheld.
Surveillance cameras are always in use. Renters will not block access to cameras with decorations.
